Gareth is a freelance portrait photographer and documentary maker with over fifteen years of experience (yes he’s stopped counting). He lives in London with his lovely wife and two stupidly amazing daughters.

Portraiture and people are at the centre of all his work; whether it’s a one-off, fast paced stylised editorial shoot, an intimate, years-long photo documentary or anything in-between.

He is largely known for his work within the videogames industry, having started out creating portraits of developers for print back in 2010, but has also worked documenting the cabaret, burlesque and pro wrestling scenes found largely in East and South London.

He also creates The MGIF Podcast - a travelling podcast which is a series of cosy, funny, interesting chats about people, video games, and literally anything else; yet another reason to hang out with people and document them.

Testimonial

But IS HE ANY GOOD? Why not listen to these people tell you that he is? They can’t be wrong, can they? And why would people lie to a video camera? I can think of no good reason.

As you’ll have guessed, I love portraiture and people. Send me a message if you think I might be interested in your commission. Although I live in London, I do have a base up north too, so wherever you are in the UK, just get in touch and we’ll see what we can work out.

If you have any other questions or if you just want a chat about something related to me or my work, chuck it in the form below.
